A girls' trip is a remedy for a cornucopia of woes and worries. The Condé Nast Traveller team’s woman-centric adventures are a testament to the joys of a girly escape, from refreshing old friendships while dancing to a pop star in a far-flung stadium to marking life’s milestones – good, bad, or ugly.

Luckily, the huns at Titan Travel have treated us well and truly, crunching the numbers and revealing the best cities for a girls' trip in 2025. Each city has received a score out of 10, with deciding factors ranging from the number of free attractions to the city’s safety index. Other factors include the number of spa and wellness centres in the city, how many pubs and clubs there are for a boogie, and the cost of a three-star hotel room.

Tried-and-tested favourites on the list, such as the ancient streets of Athens and Porto’s lip-smacking hideouts, are joined by more underrated gems, including the Estonian capital Tallinn and Prague – the latter too-long associated with snips, snails and puppy-dogs' tails rather than sugar, spice and everything nice.

Topping Titan Travel’s list for 2025 is Portuguese favourite Porto, which scores an admirable 8.68/10. It’s the third-cheapest destination in the top ten, with a three-star hotel room averaging £63 a night. A whopping 1,806 restaurants within the surveyed area means a girl really can eat – before continuing the detox-retox cycle in one of the 89 spas and wellness centres.

Porto claimed the top spot thanks to its walkability, affordability and a host of other factors

Florence is the most walkable of the top 10 cities, with the average time between the city’s top five attractions just 10 minutes. On the flipside is Lisbon, with the 112-minute amble between the main attractions – and calf-achingly steep hills – warranting a refuel or five between the sights, if you ask us. That said, where there’s a will, there’s a way (AKA Uber is famously very affordable).

If affordability is the primary deciding factor, Amsterdam tops the list for free cultural attractions with 392. However, it’s the third-most expensive option for accommodation, at an average of £100 a night for a three-star hotel room.

The Estonian capital wins on safety, with a weighty safety index score of 78.14, while also claiming the title of cheapest spot thanks to the average three-star bolthole costing £48 a night.

Whether you’re eager to swap Kylie’s rosé for full-bodied reds in one of Bordeaux’s 513 drinking dens or feast like a queen in Lisbon’s 4,126 restaurants, these are the best destinations for a rejuvenating girls’ trip right now.
