Connor Sturges is the digital assistant at Condé Nast Traveller, where he covers topics ranging from the latest hotel openings around the world to what’s hot in London. After graduating, Connor gained experience on both sides of the industry, with an internship at a luxury travel public relations company leading to stints at titles including Food & Travel magazine and The Sunday Time Travel Magazine. His first full-time role at Time & Leisure Magazine was followed by a copywriting role at a concierge agency, working on travel itineraries for HNW members and keeping up to date with the most exciting new openings across the travel and hospitality sectors.

After a childhood in London’s leafy southwest suburbs, he attended the University of Kent in Canterbury with a degree in English and American Literature, studying topics such as medieval drama and modernist poetry. After graduating, Connor gained experience on both sides of the industry, with an internship at a luxury travel public relations company leading to stints at titles including Food & Travel magazine and The Sunday Time Travel Magazine. His first full-time role at Time & Leisure Magazine was followed by a copywriting role at a concierge agency, working on travel itineraries for HNW members and keeping up to date with the most exciting new openings across the travel and hospitality sectors. When he’s not working on the website, he enjoys restaurant- and bar-hopping around the capital and planning his next adventure (be it for work or leisure).
